Welcome to Baytalkhayt ™ a trademark owned by SitatByoot for Marketing LLC ("Baytalkhayt", "BK", "SitatByoot", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our subscription plans, production, sourcing, or design services, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to form a binding contract under applicable law. You must also be acting on behalf of a legitimate business or organization.

2. Account Registration

To access certain Services, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must not create multiple accounts or submit false or misleading information. BK reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. Bayt Al-Khayt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

1. Sourcing

Bayt Al-Khayt provides sourcing services to help clients procure materials, fabrics, trims, and other fashion-related inputs. We aim to source from reputable suppliers and ensure quality; however, availability and lead times may vary.

2. Designing

Bayt Al-Khayt offers custom design services including sketching, pattern making, and tech packs. All design work is carried out by experienced professionals and tailored to the client’s brand vision and target market.

3. Production

Bayt Al-Khayt manages production processes including cutting, stitching, finishing, and packaging. Production timelines and output depend on project complexity and quantity. Bayt Al-Khayt maintains quality control standards but is not responsible for delays caused by external vendors or force majeure.

3. Training

Bayt Al-Khayt provides training and educational content through online and in-person formats. These programs aim to enhance the capabilities of designers, tailors, and artisans in fashion production.

1. Placing Orders

Upon receiving an inquiry, Bayt Al-Khayt will prepare an estimate and share a formal contract outlining project terms. A 50% deposit is required to initiate services. Payment can be made via our integrated Stripe payment gateway.

2. Subscribing with our Plans

When subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to a recurring payment schedule (monthly or yearly) via Stripe. These payments will be automatically deducted unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with our policy.

3. Payment Security

Bayt Al-Khayt uses Stripe to process all payments securely. Stripe is a PCI-compliant platform, and all transactions are encrypted to ensure customer data is protected.

4. Order Terms

Each order will be governed by a separate, signed contract. All details regarding refunds, revisions, and order completion will be specified in that contract.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used for service delivery, communication, and performance analytics.

2. Confidentiality

Bayt Al-Khayt treats all client data, designs, and business information as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks related to Bayt Al-Khayt and its Services are the intellectual property of Bayt Al-Khayt. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

2. User Content

Clients retain ownership of the content they provide to Bayt Al-Khayt but grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling our Services.

1. Termination By Baytalkhayt

Bayt Al-Khayt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access to Services for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.

2. Termination By You

You may cancel your subscription or services at any time. However, all outstanding balances and obligations under any active contract must be settled before termination is considered complete.

1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Qasr Al-Adel (Justice Palace) Court in Amman.

2. Arbitration

Where feasible, disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration under Jordanian law before seeking court litigation.

1. Changes to Terms

Bayt Al-Khayt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
